Return policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return thermal mugs and ceramic cups within 14 calendar days of delivery. To qualify:
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging (with tags/labels intact).
- Defective or incorrect items (wrong size/color/model) are eligible for free returns or exchanges.
2. Return Process
- Contact our support team via email/phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Package the item securely with the RA number clearly marked on the outside.
- Ship the return to our address (see Section 6) within 7 days of receiving the RA number.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (no cash refunds).
- Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
- To exchange an item (e.g., size/color), follow the return process and note your desired exchange in your RA request.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund will be issued.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized thermal mugs/ceramic cups.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing original packaging.

7. Limitations
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above terms. No returns will be accepted without a valid RA number.
